When will I get my order?
- USA: 5- 8 business days
- International: 10-20 business days

Will I be charged customs fees & additional tax for my order?
Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders.
- Original Artwork - All original artwork is sent from Canada.
- Prints and all other products - To fulfill your order quickly, we ship from locations throughout the US and Canada based on location and availability.
This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Where will my order ship from?
I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide for all prints! The majority is shipped from the USA with backup facilities in Canada and the EU.
Custom and original artwork is sent from my location in Canada.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with me, please help out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours, get in touch with me at email@example.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order (prints only), but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro tip: The zip/postal code is the most important part of the address. Use one of the many online tools like USPS ZIP to confirm the right one!
How are your prints made?
I work with a reliable, high-quality print shop. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at firstname.lastname@example.org
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
I’m so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please email me at email@example.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What’s your return policy?
I don’t offer returns and exchanges on any items in this store. If there’s something wrong with your order that is not listed on this page, please let me know by contacting me at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we can resolve the issue.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll sort that out for you. All refunds are made to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Where is my refund?
In the case, you have been issued a refund and haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
At this time, I don't offer exchanges. If you are unsure of the size, remeasure the space or ask a friend/family member to provide their opinion before you order. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let me know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
What happens if my order was lost in transit?
For packages lost in transit, you must contact me within one week of the scheduled delivery date at firstname.lastname@example.org.
