I provide personalized in-home design consultations, specializing in furniture selection and colour consultation.
My services can be customized with additional offerings such as space planning, material selections, hourly rates and bespoke artwork creation.
Samantha offers a personalized approach to interior design, starting with an in-home consultation lasting up to 2 hours, where she assesses your space and tailors suggestions to meet your home's unique needs. With access to Castle Furniture's extensive range of manufacturers, she seamlessly integrates existing pieces to create a cohesive look. The consultation involves visual aids like material swatches for better comprehension.
This consult extends beyond mere furniture selection. Samantha provides assistance with interior paint choices, artwork commissions and installation, and other decorating services. Following the in-home visit, she crafts a custom design plan, reflecting your individual style and budget constraints. Within a 1-2 weeks, Samantha presents the plan in person at the Castle Furniture showroom, offering complimentary adjustments and changes to ensure your complete satisfaction.
The In-home design consult furniture package is $500 and includes: floor plans, furniture selection, and an item list for a single room, along with an in-store presentation and budget. Revisions and discussions are all included at no extra cost.
Additional hours, floor plans, action boards for other rooms are available at $150 each.
The Process
The Consultation:
After our free discovery call, I’ll visit your home for a 1-2 hour pre-paid consultation to walk through your space, discuss design dilemmas, and explore solutions for furniture, décor, and color choices. I’ll take measurements, photos, and bring samples from Castle Furniture’s suppliers.
The Design Phase:
During the design phase, I’ll bring your vision to life by crafting a thoughtful design package that includes a curated furniture list with budgeting, a detailed layout, stunning 3D renderings, and an action board to guide the transformation. This exciting process takes up to two weeks to ensure every detail is just right.
The Presentation:
The in-store presentation is an exciting and efficient 30-minute session where I’ll guide you through the carefully selected pieces for your space. You’ll have the opportunity to sit-test furniture, touch and feel the samples, and ensure every detail is perfect. Once you give your enthusiastic stamp of approval, we’ll move forward with placing your furniture order!
Ordering/Delivery Phase:
Typically done the same day as the presentation, I’ll review the furniture specifications and place orders through Castle Furniture. Once the final payment is made and the custom furniture has arrived, then our delivery team will handle the setup and installation of all Castle Furniture pieces.
Bonus: Styling and Photoshoot:
This is an optional step where I’ll add the final touches to your space with carefully selected décor items and artwork, then capture beautiful photos of your newly styled room.
